Eyes of Argus Foundation is a public-benefit foundation dedicated to lifting individuals and families toward dignity, stability, and long-term possibility. Through mentorship, creative expression, innovation, and opportunity, we provide tools and pathways that help people rise and help communities sustain that rise together.
What We Do
Empower
Elevating lives through stability and agency
Empower focuses on individuals and families under sustained economic and caregiving pressure. Through mentorship, time-stabilization support, and access to Eyes of Argus Foundation controlled intellectual property and learning resources, participants regain agency and confidence while remaining rooted in their families and communities.
Enlighten
Elevating futures through writing, craft and thought
Enlighten is EOAF’s writing and education initiative, mentoring students and younger adults in the craft of writing and screen storytelling. The program emphasizes discipline, critical thinking, and creative voice as tools for long-term personal and intellectual growth.
Elevate
Elevating communities through systems
Elevate is EOAF’s applied, community-scale initiative, anchored by Ground Zero; the Foundation’s inaugural prototype and training site in Decatur, Illinois. Through Elevate, EOAF supports resilient, zero-impact systems that enable communities to rise together and sustain progress over time. Future prototype sites for the Elevate initiative are currently under evaluation.
The Eyes of Argus Foundation exists to lift individuals and families toward stability, dignity, and long-term possibility. We empower people through innovation, mentorship, creative expression, and opportunity by offering tools, guidance, and pathways that help them rebuild their lives and rise into their potential.
Whether through the gifting of intellectual property, support for education and training, access to meaningful work, or the simple act of standing beside someone who has been overlooked, EOAF serves as a beacon by helping people see what’s possible and step forward into a fuller, freer future.
We believe every life carries a spark worth protecting, every dream deserves a chance, and every person can rise when someone shines a light on their path
Founder Story
Randall Stanton
Founder, Eyes of Argus Foundation
Randall is a writer, filmmaker, inventor, and lifelong mentor whose work spans creative arts, engineering, and human transformation. After decades of guiding actors, nurturing talent, caregiving, and designing solutions in renewable energy and industrial systems, he founded EOAF to help people rebuild their lives through opportunity and compassion. His “Quiet Method" listening to the inner voice that emerges when the world finally settles, shapes the foundation’s mission and spirit.
Vision and Values
Our Vision
The Eyes of Argus Foundation exists to protect imagination, restore dignity, and invest in human potential through storytelling, education, and responsible stewardship of community resources.
We believe that creativity is not a luxury, it is a lifeline.
When imagination is nourished, communities strengthen.
When stories are honored, identity is restored.
Our vision is to create spaces where compassion, artistic expression, service, and sustainable innovation intersect and where individuals are equipped to grow with integrity and purpose.
Our Values Imagination – Creativity shapes culture and restores human connection. Stewardship – Responsible care of resources strengthens communities. Integrity – Transparency and accountability guide every decision. Dignity – Every individual deserves opportunity and respect. Resilience – Sustainable systems and strong stories both build lasting impact.
Pro Earth First-Environmental Initiatives
Pro Earth First is the environmental and innovation initiative of the Eyes of Argus Foundation. While EOAF focuses on uplifting individuals and communities, Pro Earth First focuses on the systems that sustain them; energy, shelter, and the responsible stewardship of the planet we share.
The initiative explores practical solutions for resilient living, including renewable energy architecture, thermal storage systems, geothermal exchange, and ultra-efficient building design. These ideas aim to reduce dependence on fossil fuels while creating homes and communities that are durable, affordable, and environmentally responsible.
Herbert Talks
With our Herbert Talks initiative, the Eyes of Argus Foundation explores and challenges the emerging relationship between artificial intelligence and human creativity. Through conversations on semiotics, imagination, and technological evolution, the program invites the community to understand, question, and embrace how language, symbols, and machines are reshaping human expression. Ensuring that innovation expands rather than diminishes our creative spirit.
